After you've completed the registration process, you'll be asked to take a brief skill assessment. Once you've successfully passed, the doors to all our clients will swing wide open for you. When you choose your client, you'll then go through a background check, PC scan, and enroll in their program to become a Certified Customer Support Professional (CSP).
